  • This is such a great song. The Original by The Beatles was great
    too, with all the crying effects on the guitar. This version is
    more subtle and melodic, but just as fantastic.
  •  
    The numbers above the Tab lines are to help you keep the beat
    when you are playing. Notes under the numbers are to be played
  • on the beat, and notes in between the numbers are to be played
    off the beat. This is how all standard notation works, though in
    most cases the numbers aren't there!

    I know it usually means a harmonic, but here it means a quick
  • hammeron followed by a pulloff (an upper mordent in musical
    terms). I used the asterix to save space and to keep the beats
    even on the page.

    Everything else is as usual,
    h meaning hammeron,
  • p meaning pulloff.
     
    Also when you come to the end of the verse and the chorus, you
  • will come across something like this: F (Dshape).
     
    This means play an F Chord, but with a D Barre chord shape.
  • This is how it sounds in the song.
     
    Em(Am) means exactly the same thing; play the Em Chord
  • with an Am Barre Chord shape.
